Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Stratexecute LLP("Stratexecute", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Stratexecute platform — including the Ansoff Matrix, Brand Audit, Technology Audit, Porter's Five Forces, Market Prioritization, Market Size Calculator, OKR Builder, Business Model Canvas, GTM Strategy Builder, Business Performance Audit, Digital Marketing Audit and Strategy Document Builder (together, the "Service") — you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to contract.

2. The Service

Stratexecute provides AI-assisted business strategy research, analysis frameworks and document generation. Outputs are generated using artificial intelligence from information you provide and from public sources, and are provided for general informational and decision-support purposes only.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or to send spam;
  • infringe intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
  • interfere with or probe the security of the Service, introduce malware, or scrape the Service at scale;
  • reverse engineer the Service, circumvent credit or access limits, or resell/redistribute the Service without permission;
  • submit content you do not have the rights to use.

Because the Service uses generative AI, you additionally must not use it to produce illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, or malware, or to attempt to bypass model safeguards. You are responsible for your inputs, for verifying the accuracy of outputs before relying on them, and for how you use outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for regulated professional advice (legal, financial, tax, investment or otherwise).

4. Your account

You must keep your account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Payments, subscriptions and credits

Paid plans and credit top-ups are sold through our reseller Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, in addition to our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Subscription credit allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over; top-up credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase. We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable advance notice.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, frameworks, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. As between you and us, you own the content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. Outputs generated for you may be used for your business purposes. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove infringing material; repeat infringers may have access terminated.

7. Service level and warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these Terms. On termination, your access ends; you may request an export of your workspace data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these Terms with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
