Privacy Notice

Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. Who we are

Stratexecute LLP ("Stratexecute", "we", "us") operates the Stratexecute strategy intelligence platform. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice — meaning we determine how and why your data is processed. Contact: support@stratexecute.com.

2. Data we collect and why

  • Account data — name, email address and login credentials, used to create and secure your account (legal basis: contract performance).
  • Workspace content — the website URLs, business information, assessment answers and documents you enter, used to provide the Service and generate your analyses (legal basis: contract performance).
  • Support messages — correspondence when you contact us, used to provide customer support (legal basis: legitimate interests).
  • Usage and device data — product usage events, telemetry, device identifiers and IP address, used for security, fraud prevention and product improvement (legal basis: legitimate interests).
  • Marketing preferences — where you opt in, used to send product updates (legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Payment details are collected directly by Paddle as Merchant of Record; we do not store your card numbers.

3. Who we share data with

  • Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, authentication, analytics and AI processing providers that help us operate the Service.
  • Merchant of Record — Paddle — for the sale of our products, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Paddle processes buyer data under its own privacy terms.
  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where needed.
  • Authorities — where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — for account data, while your account is active; for transaction records, as required by tax and accounting law. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR for UK/EEA users), you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email support@stratexecute.com; we respond within one month.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and row-level data isolation between accounts.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies (authentication and security) and limited analytics storage to understand product usage. We do not use third-party marketing cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; essential cookies are required for the Service to function.

9. Changes

We may update this notice from time to time and will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted in the product.
